Our 4-12 week programme of training videos consists of all the core kettlebell exercises you need. Champion Kettlebell Athlete Del Wilson will take you through each training exercise step by step offering his years of experience along the way.

BEGINNER PROGRAMME

In-depth video tutorials of all of the most common lifting techniques. We'll focus on getting the technique right whilst taking things at your own pace. Once you've gained confidence in your technique work along with Del as he takes you through his training regimes.
